Within forty-eight hours of your call, we can be at your dealership, repairing damage that will make or break your vehicle deliveries. All we require from you is some indoor space for PDR(out of the sun and poor repair condition weather to provide your vehicles with top quality repairs.) or any parking spot outdoor for our rim repair unit.

As dealers, we expect you to understand our service already. Please do not expect us to repair collision damage within a few hours, or expect hail to be handled the same day. Larger repairs can be handled however will require an understandable amount of time and enough notice in advance for us to conduct a quality repair.

Dentmatic will be inspecting your fleet of used vehicles bi-weekly, keeping you up to date on which vehicles in your inventory will require some TLC to help your deals and deliveries close smoothly. We will repair your vehicles on site and input our expertise on which repairs will benefit your deals the most. Our goal with all of our dealerships are relationship lasting years, meaning we will advise you against our services if they do not benefit the longevity of the dealership.

We often find that your customers prefer some light custom work when purchasing anew or used vehicle. Blackout packages are common and we are often asked to transform the color of our clients rims from a standard OEM finish to a stealthier gloss or satin black finish.

We offer two solutions to handle your delivery rim color changes swiftly while upholding a quality finish.

Rim Repainting: Handled on site, at your dealership, and will have the process completed within the same day. We will remove the wheels from the vehicle and conduct our refinishing in our mobile rim repair unit. The tires do not get dismounted from the rim during this process.

Rim Powder Coating: Handled off site, either the vehicle or wheels are brought to us, or we can pick up and deliver your wheels. We also offer the removal of your wheels as long asyou can ensure a safe and flat surface to leave the vehicle on jack stands. Powder coating is amore durable finish than painting, however the process will require a minimum of two business days to conduct a quality finish.

Our recommendation: Unless your client is extremely adamant on having their rims powder coated over painted, we recommend most dealerships to have the rims painted on site rather than powder coated. Truthfully, powder coating is the more durable finish and is slightly cheaper as well. However, it is barely ever worth the risk of having your customer's vehicle offdealership site when unnecessary. Also, if we collect the rims to conduct the repair, you will have a parking spot or hoist taken up for a minimum of two business days. The same day repair process of painting rims on site makes much more sense for dealerships, however, whichever service you require, Dentmatic will be sure to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

Unfortunately, we currently can only handle rim structural repairs off site. However we do offer pickup and delivery services to get your needed repairs handled ASAP. Our repair process for straightening and welding rims is around two business days.
